Mason Ho, the son of legendary North Shore Surfer Michael Ho and the nephew of former World Champ Derek Ho, has been surfing extremely well in the O’neill Sunset Beach Contest on the North Shore. After a day off due to small waves the swell has begun to hit and the contest is getting waves in the 15ft+ range.  Growing up on the North Shore this gives Mason an advantage over visiting surfers in the rising swell plus having a father who has an immense amount of knowledge of the wave at Sunset helps.
